The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of an online store must stipulate the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (MK regulations).

Distance contract

The seller of the goods offered in this online store, the Limited Liability Company "Pet Tech", reg. No. 40203283367, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following

Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer, in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Delivery and payment procedures

The Buyer orders goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be purchased. The Buyer has the option of paying for the goods using the payment tools built into the website or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail corresponding to the order. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
The Seller ensures the delivery of the goods within 30 days from the date of receipt of payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Goods by sending a notice of withdrawal to the Seller. The Seller sends the notice of withdrawal form to the Buyer by e-mail at the Buyer's request. The Buyer submits a notice of withdrawal signed with a secure electronic signature and sends it to the Seller by e-mail.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the notice of withdrawal. All expenses incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller are covered by the Buyer.
The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:the ordered goods are damaged after their delivery to the Buyer;the ordered goods have been assembled in an inappropriate manner and with inappropriate tools.Article 12, Part 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation in the event that the goods are damaged, due to careless handling of the goods during use or failure to follow the instructions, if the original packaging of the goods has been lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
